Minimum Qualifications

Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse
Current Hospice Experience
Current CPR & Food Handler's Card
 

 Desired Qualifications
Bilingual

 

Schedule

40 hours per week / 80 hours per pay period
variable days; 8 hour shifts & rotating weekends

Hospice RN Intake Coordinator
Part Time (Non-benefit eligible position)
 

Minimum Qualifications

Current Washington State RN License
Basic Life Safety Certification (CPR)

Knowledge/Ability/Skill Qualifications

General knowledge/skills/abilities required in Hospice RN job description.

Knowledge of the hospice care deliver system and the correlation of interpersonal relationships among patients,
physicians, facilities, hospitals and home care providers.
 

Ability to work independently, to coordinate multiple facets of patient care, prioritize work, and manage time to accomplish multiple tasks in an active office environment with multiple interruptions. 
 

Skills in leadership, quality improvement and program development.
Skills in communication, organization and analysis.

Skills in phone etiquette and exemplary customer service

 

All positions at The Chaplaincy require basic computer literacy skills for the purpose of completing timecards and may require intermediate or advanced skills dependent on the position for which an applicant applies. 

 

Schedule

3 days per week
Day shift; rotating weekends
